The Balance Bikes sessions with Ineke were fantastic. She engaged all of the children throughout and ensured everyone was included and enjoying themselves. The children thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and still ask when they can do more.
Over the weeks, the children gained a great deal of confidence and developed their cycling skills significantly. It was wonderful to see some children progress to gliding confidently on their balance bikes and increasing their speed. We have been fortunate to have had the balance bike sessions in our school for a number of years now. The sessions are always adapted to suit the children’s needs. The groups are kept small and are made accessible to all. The children find them great fun and are always very engaged. The staff are very professional, experienced, and organised. The equipment is all supplied including helmets.

Kat at Urban Movement leads PE at Colston Bassett with skill and passion. Whatever the sport, Kat goes above and beyond to ensure the children are always learning and building teamwork and sporting skills through a range of exciting activities. Kat leads the children in both competitive and non-competitive sporting activities, building their confidence and abilities whilst putting fun at the centre of all learning. Nothing is ever too much, and we’re lucky to have Kat at the helm of our sporting life; the children love her lessons and always feel like they’ve learned from an expert, whatever the sport.
