We strongly believe in fundamental movement and incorporate it into all our sessions, especially through our specialised physical literacy project. Physical literacy is essential for a lifetime of activity. It involves developing key movement skills for children, such as running, hopping, throwing, catching, and jumping. These skills help children gain confidence to engage in various physical activities, sports, and games. Contrary to common belief, not all children naturally possess these skills. It is crucial to support their development by providing the tools they need to move effectively and confidently. Our enjoyable and straightforward sessions help children build these necessary skills. The positive impact of these sessions is long-lasting, as data shows significant improvements in children’s physical abilities, well-being, learning, and behavior at school. Sessions are tailored to meet the specific needs of each school, ensuring we get it “right” for you.
